Changes to travellers with children entering Mexico

Below you will find an update to family members travelling with children in and out of Mexico.  It has been a challenge for single parents or grandparents travelling with children because of the need for a letter form the parents who are not attending the trip.  Below was posted directly from Mexico Tourism:
